Renee's McSpeedster costume has a new voice, Renee has a victory animation, Tyrone's victory animation now includes his costume, there's a new achievement for if you complete Level 2 without hitting a single enemy, and a bug that occasionally allows enemies to damage the player upon impact has been fixed.
